New head quarters for Tails of Tranquility
Things have been so busy at Tails of Tranquility, Barrhead. We moved to our new home, have lots of new dog walking and doggy day care customers and are choca-block with boarding dogs.
We are in the process of making the garden safe and secure so that all of our visitors can roam and run about safely and securely. We have bought all the wood for the fencing and now are just waiting for one dry day. What do you think our chances are?
I have so many photos and videos to share so I'll get started now.
This is Marley, a 14 week old pup who has become a new doggy day care regular. He is such a sweet bundle of fun!

A sad day at Tails of Tranquility
This is Saoirse. A fun lovin' Springer Spaniel pup who we had the honour of spending time with over the last 2 weeks. She would bound about looking for mischief with Bailey, roll on her back to entice Pablo to play with and snuggle in with Flame when she was tired. Unfortunately for us she is moving away so we won't see her again for a while :( We will all miss you so much. x
Luckily we have the cutest little fuzz ball with us this weekend and he has cheered us all up.
When he came at first he was very nervous, but he has totally come into his own. (Hanging around with Bailey has this effect!) He sneaked out of his bed last night and curled up into a ball on my dressing gown last night. What is it with dogs and my gooney????
We a have another busy week coming up and we are going to squeeze in a bit of flyer dropping too. I'm going to do my sun dance for Tuesday, I have a feeling people will be more likely to stop and chat if it isn't bucketing down!

A whole lot goin' on
Things have really hotted up here at Tails of Tranquility!
We are getting calls daily from people looking for people like us to look after and walk their pooches. We even have a bit of cat sitting booked in for July!
We have had 3 'meet and greets' this week already which Pablo, Flame and Bailey are LOVING. And we got some great news this evening, the beautiful Saoirse is joining us again this week for some fun filled doggy day care! She is so full of beans and loves a bit of biffing boxing with Bailey and snuggling up with Flame.

Dog Walking Van Signs
Tomorrow is the big day! We are dropping the van into get its signs put on in the morning!
"Tails of Tranquility, dog walking, dog day care and home boarding in Paisley"
The company we are using is a local family run business, Sneddon Signs. The colours in the picture don't show them as deeply as they are - a deep chocolate brown and a light duck egg blue. In a couple of weeks we will get some polo shirts made up too, and be all singing all dancing!
We found a great new walk for the dogs the other day too, very close to us, and very hilly! The troops were knackered when we got home and so was I, my little legs were aching this morning.

What I did today
Little Mr Jackson
1. Received our new business flyers and postcards from Vistaprint
Got very excited about this and finalised my plan on places to leave them for new customers to find.
2. Took our 3 pooches out for a walk along the river. Much to Pablo's dissappointment there were no swans for him to stalk!
3. Had a visit from a lovely friend. Gossip and laughs were had.
4. Packed up some more boxes for our move. The dogs bailey kept dropping toys into them and Flame was doing camacasi jumps to get inside and retreve them.
5. Took Mr Jackson out for his afternoon walk in the sunshine. He is such a great little character, he bounds about the park, pouncing on every dandilion like it is a game.
6. Made a huge batch of chilli con carni and had a lovely bowl for tea.
7. Took dogs out again in the cool evening sun. Quite a sedate walk, and a bit of tennis ball chasing.
8. Now chilling on the couch with a Border at my feet!
What did you do today?
